MetaCRM is a web3 firm that provides a one-stop CRM(Customer Relations Management) solution for web3 firms to support all stages of their customers’ journey. The firm’s solution improves the overall web3 customer experience by resolving friction points and bottlenecks that firms encounter when dealing with web3 customers. With this solution, web3 firms can enhance customer’s profiles by integrating both web3 and web3 data. MetaCRM was co-founded by Justin Hu – acting Chief Business officer for the firm, James Shen – firm’s CEO, Fang-Yu Liu – firm’s CTO and James Chou – the firm’s COO. The firm is based in Taiwan and aims to become the best web3 CRM solution.
Recently, MetaCRM has announced the closure of a seed funding round that generated $2.5 million in funding. The funding round was led by Cherubic Ventures with participation from other corporates and venture capitals including Ondine Capital, Red Building Capital and Tribe Accelerator among other angel investors. The proceeds acquired from this financing round will be utilized to build a more robust CRM tailored for web3 firms and applications.
The web3 sector has been relying on traditional CRM applications like the ones offered by web2 apps such as Google Forms, Telegram and Discord for customer support. This web2 technology however cannot effectively serve the ever evolving web3 sector as they make customer relationship management difficult due to rampant customer service fraud and their inability to identify end users across channels. Industry experts therefore, believe that there is a real need for a streamlined CRM tool that integrates data from different channels in web3.
According to MetaCRM, its web3 CRM products have the ability to connect on-chain and off-chain data to create blockchain-native solutions and analytics tools. One of the firm’s products is MetaForm – a blockchain-native survey tool that helps you understand users and streamline all marketing campaigns with automated airdrop capabilities.
The firm also offers other products among them MetaDesk and MetaPanel. MetaDesk is a customer ticketing aggregator supported by customizable on-chain tags to help firms segment and serve every tier of customers appropriately. MetaPanel on the other hand, is a customer analytics database that integrates all channels to derive business insights. MetaPanel is already in development and expected to be rolled out soon. In the future, MetaCRM plans to integrate an AI chatbot ChatGPT into their system. The firm is also the first supplier of web3 CRM solutions for the BNB chain, formerly Binance Smart Chain and the Arbitrum ecosystem.
